At the moment we do not have a phone booking system.
You can still use the e-ticket for KL Sentral to KLIA2 sector without modifying the sector selection. The KLIA Ekspres ticket sector (KL Sentral – KLIA or KLIA2 and vice versa) is interchangeable as the point-to-point fare is the same.

Yes. We accept Touch ’n Go cards at KLIA Ekspres stations. However, your card must have a minimum balance of RM20 in order for you to use it.

You need to press the “RECEIPT” button, if you want a receipt to be printed for the ticket purchase. Otherwise, the ticket vending machine would only dispense your ticket and cash balance.
You can select the option “View Transaction History” available in the Login box on the right hand side of the screen (you must log in first) to view your recent transactions/ booking history. From here, you can select the relevant purchase transaction and proceed to print out a copy of the travel itinerary. Only successful purchase transactions will be displayed on this list.

It is your responsibility to look after your ticket. We are not obliged to replace a lost or mislaid ticket (or a portion of a ticket) or offer a refund. You need to purchase a new ticket before boarding the train.
We can help retrieve your e-ticket from the system and print out a hard copy for you to allow you to go through our boarding gate. An administrative fee of RM5 is applicable and to be paid at our Ticketing Counter.
Yes, you can scan the barcode directly at the barcode reader on the gates to pass through. Please keep the phone brightness at its maximum level while trying to scan the barcode tickets.

KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit tickets are not interchangeable, as the train services use different ticketing systems. You must purchase a new ticket for your journey from KLIA to Putrajaya at the KLIA Transit ticket counter or the Ticket Vending Machine.
Please take good care of your ticket. Damaged smart cards will neither be honoured nor refunded. Do not bend or damage the card as this will render it faulty and you will not be able to pass through our gate. If the smart card is damaged, you will be required to purchase a new ticket.
Unused tickets which have expired will neither be honoured nor refunded. Please purchase a new ticket for your travel.
You will be allowed to leave the train platform/paid area but you will not be entitled to a refund or fresh ticket/ticket revalidation.

The KLIA Transit standard Single Trip (one-way) ticket is not reversible. You can only use the ticket for the travelling sector as encoded in the ticket and not in the opposite direction.
You can only purchase your KLIA Transit ticket from the boarding station.
There is no refund for any unused ticket resulting from a passenger’s change of mind, personal reasons, airline matters or any other reasons which are not within our liability. Under our Conditions of Carriage, we can only offer compensation for the value of the ticket purchased, if there is a delay of 60 minutes or more in the train service, for any unused tickets. The unused ticket can be used for a future trip, as long as the ticket has not expired.
There is no refund for boarding the wrong train. You are required to purchase a new ticket i.e. KLIA Ekspres Single Trip (one-way) ticket for your journey on KLIA Ekspres train from the airport to KL Sentral Station.

The Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station is located at Putrajaya Sentral in Presint 7, Putrajaya. The terminal is managed by Perbadanan Putrajaya.
Public transportation is available at the station. You can take the Nadi Putra buses, RapidKL bus service or the taxi service.
You can take the RapidKL bus service or the taxi service to go to Cyberjaya.
Putrajaya Sentral provides indoor and outdoor parking facility for commuters. This park-and-ride facility is managed by a subsidiary of Perbadanan Putrajaya. The current charge for covered car park is RM2 per entry from 6am to 12 midnight. Vehicles that exceed this time period will be charged an additional fee. Motorists who park their cars here can enjoy free bus rides on the Nadi Putra buses.

The security within and around Putrajaya Sentral is under the jurisdiction of Perbadanan Putrajaya. Car owners park their vehicles at their own risk. ERL is not responsible for any damage to the parked vehicles or theft.

The KLIA Transit Station at Bandar Tasik Selatan is accessible via RapidKL Ampang Line and KTM train services. You can also take the taxi or drive to the station.

They can also park inside the Bandar Tasik Selatan-Integrated Transport Terminal/Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). You can take the taxi service from the Bandar Tasik Selatan-Integrated Transport Terminal/Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) to any part of Kuala Lumpur.
Left luggage facilities are only available at the Bandar Tasik Selatan-Integrated Transport Terminal/Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) at the Main Lobby, Level 3.

Flight Check-in @ KL Sentral is currently suspended due to current Movement Control Order
At the moment, flight check-in service and baggage drop at KL Sentral is available for passengers flying with Malaysia Airlines, Cathay Dragon and Malindo Air. For other airlines, you can carry your luggage on board the train and check in for your flight upon arrival at the airport.

For international flights, you are required to check in at least 2 hours before flight departure. For domestic flights without checked luggage, you are required to check in at least 1½ hours before flight departure.

Please proceed to the KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall at the KL City Air Terminal (located at Level 1, KL Sentral Station). You are required to purchase your train ticket prior to your flight check-in. Please note that the Touch ‘n Go card will no longer be accepted for entrance into the flight check-in area.
Upon check-in, your flight boarding pass will be issued to you and your luggage will be tagged to your flight destination. For international flights, the immigration process will be conducted at the airport. After check-in, please proceed to the train platform to catch your train to the airport. You only need to carry your hand luggage as your tagged luggage will be transferred directly to the airport.
You can check in early, as long as you check in on the same day as your flight departure date. Please contact your airline for more information.
Flight check-in facility is only available at KL Sentral. There are no check-in facilities at any of the KLIA Transit intermediate stations. KLIA Transit passengers at the intermediate stations are required to check in upon arrival at the airport.
Airline passengers requiring special handling should refer to their respective airlines or ground handling agents for assistance.
No, we don’t. A disabled passenger must make arrangements for his or her own wheelchair and an escort in attendance, if necessary.
Carry-on bags into the train cabin should not exceed 3 pieces per passenger and each bag should not exceed 30 kg.
Bulky items that might pose a safety hazard during an emergency evacuation will not be allowed on board the trains. Surf boards and bicycles (except foldable bicycles which have been packed securely) are strictly prohibited.
All enquiries and claims in respect of checked-in baggage should be forwarded directly to your airline or their ground-handling agent. Please notify your airline immediately for their further action.
We do provide free porter service for passengers who require assistance with their luggage.
Porter service is only available for passengers taking the KLIA Ekspres.
There are ample trolleys provided at the KLIA Ekspres stations at KL Sentral and KLIA. However, due to safety reasons trolleys are not available at the KLIA Transit intermediate stations. For KLIA Transit passengers, trolleys are only made available at KL Sentral (upon request) and KLIA.
For safety reasons, trolleys are not allowed on the train. Please get a porter to assist you with the luggage transfer.
We do not provide any refreshments on board the trains. Passengers are not allowed to consume food and drink on board the trains.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed onboard the trains. Please adhere to the “No Smoking” rule onboard and at the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit stations including the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT).
Pets/animals are not allowed on board the trains.
