KLIA Ekspres + Grab Package Terms & Conditions
- Ticket Purchase and Promo Code Issuance
- These special KLIA Ekspres Single Trip and Return Trip package fares are available for online purchase through www.KLIAekspres.com, KLIA Ekspres mobile app or self-service kiosk. The packages are not available for purchase at the ticket counter.
- You will receive one (1) Promo Code worth RM10 when you purchase a KLIA Ekspres Single Trip + Grab package at RM55.
- You will receive two (2) Promo Codes worth RM10 each when you purchase a KLIA Ekspres Return Trip + Grab package at RM100.
- Maximum two (2) Promo Codes will be issued per transaction.
- You can purchase multiple Single and/or Return Trip packages with different travel dates in the same transaction (up to 10 tickets or RM700 per transaction per day, whichever is lower). However, you will only receive up to two (2) Promo Codes, depending on your package type, in one transaction, and not for each ticket in the transaction.
- Please make another purchase transaction if you wish to:
- get a Promo Code for each of your KLIA Ekspres trip (same or different travel dates)
- get a Promo Code for another person even if you are travelling on the same date.
- get another Promo Code if your second trip is not within 1 month of your first trip.
- You can select the date for travel on KLIA Ekspres up to six (6) months in advance.
- You cannot combine your package purchase with other KLIA Ekspres ticket/package types or promotions in the same transaction.
- Ticket and Promo Code Validity
- The train tickets are valid for travel on KLIA Ekspres from KLIA or KLIA2 to KL Sentral and vice versa only.
- The Promo Codes can be used by new and existing Grab customers for booking of Grab rides to or from KL Sentral Station only, and not valid for rides to or from KLIA/KLIA2.
- Both KLIA Ekspres ticket and Grab Promo Code have the same validity period.
- KLIA Ekspres Single Trip + Grab package: Ticket and Promo Code are valid for one month from the selected travel date when purchased through the website and app.
- One month from the purchased date when purchased through the self-service kiosk.
- KLIA Ekspres Return Trip + Grab package: Ticket (both trips) and Promo Codes are valid for one month from the selected travel date when purchased through the website and app.
- One month from the purchased date when purchased through the self-service kiosk.
- You can choose any Grab service including GrabCar, GrabTaxi and GrabShare. You need to book additional GrabCars if there are more than 4 passengers and/or if you require a bigger boot space for your luggage. Toll charges are not included in the ride fare.
- You can only use the Promo Code once. No date change, refund or revalidation is allowed for unused trips, wrongly selected travel dates or expired tickets/Promo Codes. A cancelled ride booking nullifies the Promo Code.
- You must select payment by credit/debit card to use the Promo Code. No charges will be made to your credit/debit card if the ride is RM10 or less. If your ride exceeds RM10, the additional fare will be charged to your credit/debit card.
- Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) is the sole provider of all train services and/or goods, promotional fares and packages. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage.
- The Grab Promo Code is issued by GrabCar Sdn Bhd (Grab), ERL’s ride-hailing partner and its usage is subject to their promotion terms and conditions. By purchasing this promotional package, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and ERL’s Conditions of Carriage.
- ERL and Grab reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the customers and the customers agree to be bound by those changes. ERL and Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the customers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this promotion.
